The Duchess of Cambridge - and her adorable baby bump - made an appearance today at an event celebrating mental health.

Catherine's third pregnancy was announced by Kensington Palace in September, with officials writing in a statement: "Their royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child".

Harry said it was time to take the awareness to the next stage and take it into "new partnerships to support better conversations in schools and workplaces". (Best maternity-wear ever?) God save the duchess - and provide her with endless saltines and ginger ale. The blue lace midi design with stylish tie neck and sleeves just skimmed her small bump, giving us the first glimpse of a pregnancy.

For the past few weeks, Duchess Kate has been on bed rest due to a severe form of morning sickness called hyperemesis gravidarum.

Once she has her outfit together, she posts her photos on Instagram and lets her followers know where everything is from.

Despite still suffering from the illness, which plagued her three pregnancies, Kate looked relaxed and at ease as she mingled with guests during her first public engagement in almost six weeks. "She is delighted to be able to be here tonight".

Aside from Middleton's improving health condition, her new right-hand woman, Catherine Quinn is already on duty. But thankfully, she's finally well enough to make her first public appearance post-pregnancy announcement.

However, it turns out that this future monarch could be arriving even before April. But this is not his state of health, which has alerted some of the media.

Dr Nicola Byrom, founder of the mental health charity Student Minds, said after chatting to Kate: "She's amazing, what a fighter that she's here, that she's putting other people above herself".
