Kenya's election has been dogged by fears of another outbreak of violence similar to the one seen after Mr Odinga's election loss in 2007.

Even though there is no official result yet, posts on the website of the electoral commission indicates that president Uhuru Kenyatta who is flying the flag of jubilee party is leading with fifty-four point three percent to Odinga's forty-four point eight percent share of the votes. Odinga did not explain how he knew the election had been hacked or reveal the source of his information.

The Opposition chief also gave timelines when the alleged hacking of IEBC servers reportedly took place.

The vote itself was peaceful and seemingly smooth, with millions of people lining up across the country and few major problems at polling stations, according to international election monitors.
